predelut village is a place where buildings are done with no authorization, is called mafia neighbourhood - though are  fucking rich...without a job....they call girls from 100 km distance and DO NOT PAY the huge amount for taxi, put the dogs instead, a thing which is very common around brasov where a lot of uneducated people, drug dealers and woodcutters rezides in their white dreams till death...bran is anyway cut from brasov because they repair the roads for 4 years now, but i am pretty sure the reason is a totally different one
